Much of my work in this area helps organizations improve accountability, focus and results. This can include facilitating business strategy development, establishing the right organization structure for the strategy, implementing performance measures and objectives, designing jobs and accountabilities, improving people selection and development, implementing effective rewards , and creating a high performance culture. Often a client will have the basics in place and will need only minor adjustment to realize a much greater return from alignment.
Change leadership and organization agility are also important aspects of my work. The ability of an organization to continually renew itself in the face of changing markets and competition is imperative today. I help company assess change readiness, educate leaders in change management, create implementation plans, and provide guidance to help with the more difficult aspects of organization change.
